Published Nov 20, 2018If you've been worrying about the future of Stranger Things and a possibly final third season, you can rest easy. Star Millie Bobby Brown has just dropped some massive hints that her character Eleven isn't going anywhere and neither is the show.
While on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night (November 19), the host questioned Brown about rumours that her recent social media posts have sparked.
With several posts dealing with the theme of farewell, many fans have been in a panic that it all meant she was saying goodbye to Hawkins for good and the Duffer Brothers' Stranger Things was coming to an end. Some conspiracists even took this all a step further to think it all meant Eleven was going to be killed off.
Well, rest easy — Brown's reply to Colbert shot down all these wild notions.
"No! I'm just a very emotional person," she insisted about some kind of Stranger Things farewell. "When it comes to my closest people, like, I'm not good at goodbyes."?
She then explained that her posts came after the final day of filming for Stranger Things Season 3.
"Of the season, not the show," she explained. "The season."?
Hinting she already said too much, Brown then added, "Watch Netflix, like, call me after this and be like, 'You can't say anything' and I'm like 'Okay, got it."

As of yet, Netflix has not revealed the premiere date for Stranger Things Season 3.
